CEBUCON Realty was founded in the year 2005 by Jocelyn and Rolf Trachsler and a small Group of
freelance Agents ,Architects, Engineers and a Lawfirm.
Our Talisay Office turned out to be too small; our headquarters now in "Deca Homes", Minglanilla.

Aside of our main Brokerage business (own, exclusive listings), our most important Partner is
Land Asia Global Properties; wich we are glad to be associated with !
